1.1 In accordance with your rights under The Consumer Contracts Regulations, when you purchase goods online, unwanted products can be returned so long as you let us know you want to return them within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery. They must include all original packaging, be in “as new” condition and must not have been used, installed or had any data input on them. If the returned item(s) affect any promotional discount or offer then this will be adjusted in your refund.
1.2 We may make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling them.
1.3 To return goods you must first contact Power Music Software Ltd on +44 (0) 1355 246832 or by email to support@powermusicsoftware.com.
1.4 You must return the goods to us within 14 days. The return is at your cost, and you need to make sure the goods are properly packaged, and sent with a reputable courier, as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods that are damaged in transit before they reach us. You may wish to insure more expensive items.
1.5 Once we have received the goods back from you and inspected them, we will give you a refund for the cost of the product less any deductions (1.2). The delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
1.6 We cannot refund/cancel your purchase if it was a Power Music Product Key, either delivered by email or on a physical Product Key Card, and the Product Key has been used to activate a copy of Power Music.
1.7 We reserve the right not to refund/cancel your purchase if the goods were a special order to your specification, for instance a MusicOne system built to order.
2.1 Items faulty on arrival. You have the option of an exchange or refund. If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 30 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
2.2 If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it’s more than 30 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. Sometimes manufacturers provide support direct to end users. The main reason for this is that they would like to ensure that their customers receive the best possible support on their products.
2.3 For products sold as Clearance, B Stock or Ex-demo the warranty period is 90 days or as specified in the product description on the website
3.1 If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 5 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, please refuse the delivery and call Power Music Software on +44 (0) 1355 246832 or by email to support@powermusicsoftware.com. It would help us if you can take a photograph of the damaged package and send it to us.
3.2 Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back to our offices, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.
4.1 If there is an item missing from your order or the wrong item has been sent, then please contact Power Music Software on +44 (0) 1355 246832 or by email to support@powermusicsoftware.com as soon as possible and in any event within three days, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
5.1 If after a reasonable time from when you received a Confirmation of Dispatch email, you have not received your order, please contact Power Music Software on +44 (0) 1355 246832 or by email to support@powermusicsoftware.com. Processing a claim against a delivery company is dependent on their terms and conditions.
